This 1-Year Innovative Corporate Graduate leadership program is offered by The Corporate Practice School to companies taking on National Service Graduates to work with them to create leaders who can sustainably transform the business. This is to support the national service assignment program and to ensure you discover early talent to add to your human capital.

 

It is based on our MBX Program, which is a corporate management development platform with the sole purpose of developing employees into leaders who are self-starting and able to take executive priorities and execute them throughout their organization.   Additionally, it is built around problem-solving with folks with C-level operating experience from Fortune 50 companies.

 

We will design specific tracks with you based on your needs

For most typical companies, we offer the 3 tracks for business leaders to master business execution skills that make a difference in your performance. However, we offer will predesign specific tracks with consortium of companies who become members of the program on expertise areas such as a Risk Management Track to help drive a risk culture throughout the banking:

 

CORPORATE NATIONAL SERVICE

This track is designed to support companies taking on national service graduates but need a high-quality corporate graduate program to create high-performing graduates.  

PUBLIC SECTOR NATIONAL SERVICE

This track is designed to support public sector companies, agencies and departments taking on national service graduates but need a high-quality corporate graduate program to create high-performing graduates.  

 

 

One Year MBX Graduate Leadership Program At-A-Glance

 

Rotating Quarterly Enrollment of Graduates, often driven by your company priorities together with leadership development needs for specific cohort of National Service Graduates.

Orientation (3 Day)

This Corporate Practice School Program begins with a 3-Day intensive orientation called “Being-On-The-Bench”.  Participants are required to attend the 3-Day session, where each participant gets introduced to the program and finalizes individualized plan in consultations with senior management.
